QED is proud to offer clients access to our unique mobile Oil Treatment Processing Unit (OTP001). Our highly skilled personnel can bring the unit to your facility, no matter how remote. The unit is set up as a B-Train to allow flexibility in set up and accessing tight areas.

The unit can process 17,500 liters/hour of transformer oil.

It is completely self-contained with:

1600 CFM external vacuum cart, with 10-micron blank off
Onboard 24,000 liter engineered, double-walled tank, which meets ULC-S601 standard
Onboard dual generation, with house loads and vacuum run off 100 kW generator for high fuel efficiency (24 hours/day) and heaters run off 250 kW generator (12 hours/day)
Onboard dry-air system
Complete oil containment berm for oil processor section to ensure no environmental impact

All three of our OTP units are moved by our own fleet of service vehicles and two Peterbilt off-highway capable tractors driven by QED Technicians.
