Day to day activities include the management of accounting, finance, and office administrative functions. Bruce Kennedy is an Electrician and Winder with over 30 years of experience in electrical field-service. Bruce has worked on equipment in virtually every industrial sector including gas insulated switchgear for utilities to voltage regulation for independent power producers. Oil filling, Gas filling, 500kV substation testing, and protection testing only begin to list what Bruce has accomplished.

Victor Holm is an Electrician and Winder with over 20 years of experience. Victor specializes in rotating and stationary reactive apparatus including transformers, generators and motors. He has worked on all makes and sizes of equipment up to 500kV and 400MVA in size including fabrication, field testing, maintenance and repair.

Jordan Krog is a Professional Electrical Engineer with experience in consulting and field services. Jordan has been involved in the pre-design to commissioning of projects including electrical and controls design, system analysis, testing, and maintenance. He brings a field level perspective to project management as well as the technical engineering detail.

Josh has a diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology and holds a 309A – Electrician Construction and Maintenance ticket along with an FSR A – Field Safety Representative Class A in the province of British Columbia. Josh has been studying and practicing in the electrical field since 2006 and has had the opportunity to explore many different aspects of the industry, including mining, mill expansions, shaft sinking and utility operations and maintenance.

Nigel is a Journeyperson Electrician and has been in the electrical field since 2014. His career started in commercial and industrial construction. More recently Nigel worked for an OEM for the manufacturing of low and medium-voltage switch gear, which included factory testing, installation, and commissioning.

Todd is a Journeyperson Electrician that has been in the electrical field since 2016. He specializes in industrial construction, working throughout Western Canada and the Southern United States building electrical infrastructure for sawmills and mines. Todd has over 10 years of heavy equipment experience holding multiple tickets, including a Class 3 Driver’s License.

Lucas is a Journeyperson Electrician and has been in the electrical field since 2014. He began his career doing industrial work with a focus on cell tower construction. He then spent the following 5 years in Kelowna doing single phase and three phase construction, troubleshooting, and utility service installs. Most recently Lucas has been working in the oil and gas industry coordinating, constructing, and testing of natural gas modulars, as well as other active plant projects.

Ace is a Journeyperson Electrician that has been in the electrical field since 2018, primarily working in the industrial and utility sectors. During this time, he gained expertise in electrical substation construction, with high voltage cable terminations, protection and control wiring, and glanding and switchgear installations. Most recently, Ace worked on projects for a large utility involving installations of low- to medium-voltage gas-insulated switchgear.

Jessica holds an advanced diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology, obtained in Ontario, and is currently working toward her AScT designation. She has been in the electrical field since 2020 and has primarily honed her skills as an Automation Specialist and Process Control Specialist in some of Ontario’ s most renowned mining operations. Jessica has experience with HMI design and development and hardware/software integration. She is an experienced PLC programmer with proclivity for optimization of system efficiency.

Parker is a Journeyperson Electrician who joined the field in 2017. He has worked primarily on the construction of schools and health centers all over B.C including Haida Gwaii, Kitwanga, Cawston and the Lower Mainland. For the past 6 years Parker has gained experience with the installation of low voltage generators, 3 phase low voltage and medium voltage switch gear working on some of the largest schools in the province.
Shop Manager
Don Dolfo is a Journeyperson Electrician that has been in the electrical field since 2005. His career started in mining with industrial electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and controls. Don has spent time contracting in renewable energy and OEM manufacturing of control panels. He spent 19 years in the field before joining the team as Shop Manager.
Welding Specialist
Wes is our inhouse Red Seal Class A welder/pipefitter with over 19 years of experience. He specializes in the welding and fabrication of pressure piping and vessels in new construction as well as maintenance and repair. Wes is also well versed in the development of safe work procedures and weld test procedures to meet all safety standards.
